  • 3/4 cup pineapple

Health Benefits

  • Matcha: is rich in the catechin EGCG that has cancer-fighting properties. There are about 68 milligrams of caffeine in one serving of ceremonial grade matcha green tea compared to 32 milligrams of caffeine in brewed green tea. And matcha contains the amino acid L-theanine to help promote memory, concentration, and calmness.

  • Aloe vera: helps to improve digestion, aids in hydration, and promotes radiant skin. Aloe is also high in phytonutrients that help nourish the liver, and it may be useful for those with irritable bowel syndrome.

  • Cucumber: low in calories but high in potassium to lower blood pressure and polyphenols to reduce risk of certain types of cancers, cucumber is extremely hydrating for the body and helps decrease inflammation.

  • Pineapple: is packed with vitamin C to help boost the immune system, improve skin health, and prevent illness. Pineapple can help reduce bloating and constipation and is said to speed up the digestive process.

  • Coconut water: has electrolytes and cytokines to keep you adequately hydrated. High in antioxidants and minerals, coconut water may also help lower blood pressure and the risk of heart disease.

  • Lime: promotes proper pH balance and is loaded with vitamin C and hesperidin, a flavonoid that helps stave off bad cholesterol.
