Cholesterol Correction Cinnamon Apple Smoothie

Drinking our Cholesterol Correction Cinnamon Apple Smoothie can help alleviate your cholesterol burden. As we age, high cholesterol can become a huge problem if left unchecked. Heart attack, stroke, and aortic aneurysm are just a few of the complications that develop as a result of high cholesterol levels. The ingredients in our Cholesterol Correction Cinnamon Apple Smoothie work to maintain favorable high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, while lowering “bad” low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, especially if you maintain a normal weight.

The body requires a certain amount of cholesterol to support cellular health, but harboring too much cholesterol spells catastrophe. Some people are genetically predisposed to high cholesterol levels. For the most part, we ingest waxy cholesterol through the foods we consume. Over time, cholesterol fats build up in the blood, putting heart and brain blood vessels at risk for stiffness or rupture. Halt bad-health havoc before cholesterol unleashes irreparable damage to your precious temple. In your quest to lower cholesterol, sever your relationship with foods high in saturated fats and build a blissful bond with our life-sustaining apple smoothie!

Health Benefits

  • Apple: polyphenols in apples help regulate cholesterol metabolism in healthy individuals who carry excess weight.
