Key Lime Pie Smoothie

  • Ready In: 5 to 10 minutes


  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice (regular lime will work too)
  • 3/4 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tablespoon chia powder
  • 1 teaspoon camu camu powder

  1. Add to the blender or food processor 1 avocado, peeled and with the pit removed.
  2. Add 1/2 ripe banana.
  3. Add 1/4 cup key lime juice.
  4. Add 3/4 cup coconut cream.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons honey or agave.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste, scraping it from the pod.
  7. Add 1 tablespoon chia protein.
  8. Add 1 teaspoon camu camu powder.
  9. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  10. Pour contents into a tall glass.
  11. Drink immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
