Lavender Peach Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon lavender, fresh or dried
  • 1 cup peaches, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 1 cup of milk (dairy, almond, or coconut)
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 cup ice

  1. Add to a blender 1 peeled banana.
  2. Then mix in 1 tablespoon of fresh or dried lavender, chef’s choice.
  3. Add 1 cup of sliced peaches.
  4. Flavor it up with 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of flax seed.
  5. Add a cup of milk or a milk alternative.
  6. Don’t forget 1 teaspoon of maca powder.
  7. Add some ice and blend the ingredients until the contents are smooth.
  8. Pour into a glass and relax.
