Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lavender
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 Meyer lemon, peeled and juiced
  • 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of lavender.
  2. Peel 1 Meyer lemon, juice it, and pour the juice into the blender.
  3. Add 2 cups of blueberries and 1 frozen banana.
  4. Scoop 3 tablespoons of raw honey into the mix.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
  6. Add 1/2 cup of almond milk.
  7. Blend all the ingredients.
  8. Drink up and inhale deeply!
