- 1 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 teaspoons wheat germ or flaxseed
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1-2 teaspoons of honey

Banana: helps relieve constipation and promotes healthy bowel movements and digestive fire. Rich in resistant starch, a soluble fiber, bananas can curb cravings and keep you satiated.
Cauliflower: 1 cup contains the same amount of vitamin C as a medium-sized orange. Cauliflower also has the largest concentrations of sulforaphane and isothiocyanates, sulfur compounds that promote liver health.
Lemongrass: is loaded with inflammation-fighting compounds chlorogenic acid, isoorientin, and swertiajaponin for pain relief.
Orange juice: everyone’s favorite vitamin C drink, orange juice helps boost immunity and protect cells against free radical damage. A cup of OJ a day can also keep skin glowing and youthful. Choose freshly squeezed orange juice when possible for top health benefits and flavor. Opt for no-sugar-added orange juice and avoid orange juice from concentrate.
Wheat germ: extremely rich in minerals thiamine, folate, phosphorus, manganese, and selenium, plus vitamin E and fiber to stabilize blood sugar levels, wheat germ is ideal for people with diabetes. Add a scoop to alleviate constipation and promote regular bowel movements.
Flaxseeds: omega-3 fatty acids in flaxseeds support heart and brain health and a healthy metabolism. They’re also a fiber-full food for appetite control and regular elimination.
Greek yogurt: protein-packed for blood sugar and appetite regulation, Greek yogurt also boasts probiotics for gut health and calcium for bone health. Vegetarians and vegans can get their B12 from Greek yogurt!
Honey: has small amounts of vitamins and nutrients, including folate, iron, calcium, magnesium, and potassium, with antioxidants to boot!
Turmeric: a powerful anti-inflammatory agent thanks to the phytonutrient curcumin, turmeric is useful in reducing joint pain and encourages optimal liver health.
Bee pollen: possesses a miracle makeup of essential amino acids, minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants for superior immune function and vitality.
