Orange Lemongrass Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 stick lemongrass
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons wheat germ or flaxseed
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 cup ice
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen

  2. Add all remaining ingredients to the blender except for bee pollen.
