Orange Turmeric Squash Smoothie


  • 1 seedless orange, peel and pith removed
  • 1 cup raw butternut squash, cubed
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • Honey to taste
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen

  1. Pour water into a blender.
  2. Add orange, cubed squash, banana, minced ginger, turmeric, and bee pollen to blender.
  3. Add desired amount of honey to taste. (1 teaspoon-1 tablespoon is recommended.)
  4. Add a squeeze of lemon.
  5. Add ice (2-4 cubes) if you prefer chilled.
  6. Blend the ingredients until the contents are smooth.
  7. Pour into a glass and add bee pollen on top (optional).
