Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

  • 3 cups freshly chopped pineapple (or frozen chunks if you don’t have fresh)
  • 1-1/4 cups coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ice (not required if using frozen pineapple)
