Super Spirulina Smoothie with Protein

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pineapple, frozen
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 golden beet
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon goji powder
  • 1 spirulina capsule

Instructions

  1. Add to the blender or food processor 1/2 cup pineapple, peeled, cored, and frozen.
  2. Add 1 cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks.
  3. Add 1 golden beet with the peel removed.
  4. Add 1/2 cup spinach.
  5. Pour in 1/4 cup coconut cream.
  6. Pour in 1 cup orange juice, ideally fresh squeezed.
  7. Add 1 tablespoon goji powder.
  8. Sprinkle in contents of 1 spirulina capsule.
  9. Combine all ingredients until smooth and well blended.
  10. Pour into a tall glass.
  11. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
