  • 1 blood orange
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, frozen
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks, frozen
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Dragon fruit powder

  • Pineapple: is packed with vitamins and minerals, with a 1/2 cup measuring in at over 50% of your DV of vitamin C and over 30% of your DV of manganese.

  • Mango: is a delicious tropical fruit that is teeming with vitamins and minerals. A 1/2 cup of mango provides 50% of the DV of vitamin C, and it is also an excellent source of vitamin A, folate, vitamin B6, and vitamin K.

  1. Place the frozen pineapple and frozen mango chunks in the base of the blender.
